China Datang and CNOOC signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement
On August 4, China Datang Corporation Ltd. and China National Offshore Oil Corporation signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement. CDT Chairman Chen Feihu and CNOOC Chairman Wang Dongjin jointly witnessed the signing of the agreement.
Liu Guangying, Vice President of CDT, presided over the signing ceremony. Peng Yong, Vice President of CDT, and Wen Dongfen, chief accountant of CNOOC, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.
Chen Feihu thanked CNOOC for its long-term support to China Datang. He pointed out that China Datang is accelerating the transformation of development mode, advancing the adjustment of layout structure and industrial transformation and upgrading, aiming to build a world-class energy enterprise. He hopes that both parties will further deepen strategic cooperation, expand cooperation fields, innovate cooperation methods and promote innovation-driven development, contributing to the high-quality development of energy in the new ear.
Wang Dongjin thanked China Datang for its long-term support for CNOOC's business development and briefly introduced the development of CNOOC. He pointed out that CNOOC has vigorously enhanced domestic oil and gas exploration and development and promoted green and low-carbon development. He hoped that the two parties will take this strategic cooperation framework agreement as an opportunity to further deepen practical cooperation and achieve a win-win development.
