China Datang Corporation Ltd.?(China Datang) held a ceremony for signing a strategic cooperation agreement with Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group?Co., Ltd. (Shaanxi Coal and Chemical)?in the presence of Zou Lei, Chairman of China Datang, and Yang Zhaoqian, Chairman of Shaanxi Coal and Chemical, in Beijing on July 25th.?Peng Yong, vice president of China Datang, and Zhao Futang, vice president of Shaanxi Coal and Chemical, signed the agreement.
