China Datang’s Chairman Zou Lei attends BFA Annual Conference 2023
Themed "An Uncertain World: Solidarity and Cooperation for Development amid Challenges", the Boao Forum for Asia is holding its 2023 annual conference in Boao, a coastal town in China's southernmost province of Hainan, from March 28-31.
Premier Li Qiang delivered a keynote speech at the opening ceremony of the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2023，on March 30.
Li said that in today's world, instability, uncertainty and unexpected scenarios have become normal, which has made it imperative to generate certainty for keeping the world moving toward a brighter future.
Facts have proved that the vision of building a community with a shared future for mankind, proposed by Chinese President Xi Jinping 10 years ago, has become a guiding trend and a means for the progress of humanity.
Noting that China's certainty is the mainstay of upholding world peace and development, the Premier urged building an Asia-Pacific community with a shared future to make the region an anchor for global peace and stability, a source for world economic growth and a hub for international cooperation.
Zou Lei, the Chairman of China Datang, accompanied by the Vice President Peng Yong, attended the opening ceremony and the forums.
On the forum for Chinese and Foreign Entrepreneurs and the forum on the theme of "Building a Dynamic Modern Enterprise", Zou Lei and the participants exchanged views on " the three-year action plan for the reform of state-owned enterprises”, aimed at achieving sustainable development and improving core competitiveness.
During the event, Zou Lei met with Ni Qiang, Vice Governor of Hainan Provincial Government, and the two sides held friendly exchanges on deepening cooperation in Hainan. Subsequently, Zou Lei led a delegation to Datang Hainan Yangpu Offshore Wind Power Industry Park.
